Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—check our homepage or product pages for current offers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is missing, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll review your request and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

We do not guarantee the ability to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately through our contact us page. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
